Nitrous Oxide Sales – Business Customers Only

1. Business Customers Only

Nitrous oxide products offered on this website are supplied exclusively to businesses, organisations, and other commercial users for lawful and legitimate purposes. We do not sell nitrous oxide to consumers for personal use.

By placing an order, the customer warrants that they are acting in the course of a business, trade, profession, or other legitimate activity and are authorised to make purchases on behalf of that organisation.

2. Permitted Uses

Products supplied by us may only be used for lawful purposes permitted under applicable UK legislation. Customers must ensure that all storage, handling, transportation, possession, supply, and use of nitrous oxide complies with all applicable laws, regulations, licences, and industry requirements.

3. Prohibited Uses

Nitrous oxide supplied by us must not be used, resold, supplied, distributed, or made available for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to recreational inhalation or any use intended to produce psychoactive effects.

Customers must not supply products purchased from us to any person where they know, suspect, or ought reasonably to suspect that the product may be used for unlawful purposes.

4. Verification Requirements

We reserve the right to request and obtain evidence of:

• Business identity and registration;
• Trading address;
• Intended use of the products;
• Relevant licences, permits, or regulatory approvals where applicable; and
• Any other information reasonably required to verify lawful use.

We may refuse, cancel, suspend, or refund any order at our sole discretion where satisfactory verification is not provided.

5. Right to Refuse Supply

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

• We are unable to verify the customer’s business status;
• We believe the intended use may be unlawful;
• We believe the products may be diverted for misuse; or
• Supply would otherwise place us at risk of breaching applicable legislation.

6. Customer Compliance

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the purchase, possession, storage, transport, use, and onward supply of nitrous oxide.

7. Indemnity

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the supplier against any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, penalties, or legal expenses arising from the customer’s unlawful use, misuse, resale, or distribution of products supplied by us.

8. Reporting and Cooperation

We may retain transaction records and cooperate with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, and government bodies where required by law or where unlawful activity is suspected.

9. Acceptance

By placing an order, the customer confirms that all information provided is accurate and that the products are being purchased solely for legitimate and lawful business purposes
